Hello, and thanks FAB1977 thanks to you I solved my unsubscription problem but I still have an issue. By closely following the user manual, I can't restore the ringtone and therefore my phone doesn't ring. Do you have a suggestion, knowing that the connected phone 2 at the base and placed in another room rings?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

    Hello,
What does the screen of the cordless phone display?
Use the image on the side =======>
to describe as best as you can the icons present.
    Specify if some are blinking
Do you have the icon representing a crossed bell?

      Hello

The screen does not show a crossed-out bell nor the icon for the disabled ringtone; that's what intrigues me.

    Hello

The display is quite simple; There is:
    - the antenna for signal strength
    - the time, the date
    - New
    - the battery icon
    There you go, nothing more.

Small progress: the phone rings when it is not on its base but does not ring when it is placed on its base.

OK. From the icon perspective, everything seems normal.
The "New" indicates a missed call; simply opening the call log will make it disappear.

Doesn't ring if it's on its base (charger) right???
If you perform the procedure below:
     SEARCH FOR HANDSET
Press the PAGE button (the button located under the main phone - rerère 15 in the image to the side) to make the handset(s) ring.

Does the cordless handset ring? Try with and without the charger.

EDIT: You say you have two phones, are both the same one being connected to the telephone network?
On the one that is not connected to the network, has the handset been deregistered from its base (which now only serves as a charger) and re-registered on the base connected to the network?

    Good evening

Indeed, the second phone is connected to the electricity and registered on the network-connected database, and when testing by pressing "page," both phones are well detected both on and off the charger.

This Th 530 is not a duo model, but two solos, one of which is not connected to the telephone network.
The handset registered on the base connected to the network has indeed been deregistered from its own base?

    Hello,

Yes, there are indeed two solos, but for the past two years I have only been using one, and it worked very well.
I do not understand your question. Should the combined one be unregistered from its own database?

I'm not sure, but on one hand, it’s you who say:
"thank you FAB1977, thanks to you I solved my unsubscription problem" So you attempted to unsubscribe from one of the two handsets and, furthermore, the handset rings when it is out of its base but not when above it.

Does it also ring when pressing the "page" button on its own base?

So in doubt, I suppose that, if not unsubscribed from its base, the handset (when it is on its base) has a different behavior because it is still controlled by it).

First, try resetting the handset on page 23 (25 of the pdf)
If that doesn’t work, try unsubscribing it from its own base.
To do this, unplug the base connected to the power supply and follow the unsubscription procedure with the handset from the other base as described on pages 19 and 20 of the manual (21 and 22 of the pdf)

Indeed, the unit from my base has been unregistered and as a result, it was no longer functioning. It was Fab's procedure that allowed me to re-register it and it started working again. However, the ringing issue was prior and had been persistent for several weeks.

"Indeed, the combined version of my database has been deregistered"
Which database is combined? The one connected to the network or the other one?

OK... So it was an unwanted unsubscription and the device has been re-subscribed.
Have you attempted the actions given in message #9?

    Good evening
Yes, it was an unintentional unsubscription and I re-registered the device following the instructions from Fab1977, but the ringtone was not working prior to this mishap.

I have followed all the steps indicated in the user manual you referred to and attached in PDF.

Sorry, but I admit I don't really know what to do anymore.
If this problem is very old, it may well be specific to the handset.
If you put the handset that doesn't ring on the base of the one that does and vice versa, what happens?

    Hello
it's not possible, the base lays flat like an old phone and the one plugged into the electricity stands upright on its charger.

Thank you for chatting with me and helping me look for the solution. If I find it, I will let you know.
I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
    Best regards

So it's a DUO phone like one of these:
And not two identical solos to which the handset has been connected to one of the two bases.

    Yes, it's the gray DUO.

Yes... but in message #9 you told me: "Yes, indeed there are two solos" and so all my advice to unsubscribe from the database was completely unfounded.

    Hello

Yes, indeed there are two solo of model TH501, but I only connect one and the base of model TH530 connected to the phone network, so in total there are 3 phones.

So it's finally a trio, a base and 3 combos (including one unused).
A solo is a base with its combo and no other combo.

When putting the 2nd TH501 into service, does the ringing issue on this one still persist?
