Hello,

I have the same issue even though I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 and the latest drivers are installed. I've done all the setups I found online. Help me, I don't understand.

    Hello

Problem solved on my end with some diligent searching.

    -Open Origin
    -Find the Sims 4 game
-Left click on the Sims 4 game and choose Advanced
-Put the command -w, windowed mode in the last line.
    And bam, it works.

    There you go...

A user reported an issue with their graphics card not being recognized by the game:

Does the game still launch despite the error message?

The game gives a false start; the icon appears in the taskbar for a brief moment and then disappears right away. The Sims icon shows up just like when you launch any application, but only for about two seconds, a white screen appears as if the game is about to launch and, in the end, despair, it doesn't launch and the error code says: unable to display with video card or I don't remember exactly, but basically, I need to check if the game is compatible and if the latest video drivers are installed and with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 560, it should start, especially since I've made sure to update the Nvidia drivers from the official website and I've even fixed any potential issues with Driver Booster 6. I've tried downloading a new GraphicsCards.sgr and GraphicRules.sgr file, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and I've tried several methods (recent ones preferably) to remedy the situation but I'm stuck... I've even set the graphic optimizations to maximum and chosen Nvidia as the primary graphics card... I'm desperate; it's been a long time since I saved up for a good gaming computer and now that I've been able to afford it, I can't get the game with all the DLC...
