    Hello

connect your phone to the PC. By default, it only charges. So swipe down from the top of your screen and you'll see the options. Charge only. MTP or file transfer or PTP for transferring photos and videos.

On your PC, open your file explorer. Then you should see your phone, click on it. If your photos are on the internal memory, click on the DCIM folder. SELECT the ones you want and do a copy/paste, and I mean a copy/paste. Don't mess around with a transfer or move because you risk losing all or part of them. So copy/paste to your images folder on your PC. If on microSD, the same principle applies.

Hello jojoguitare, thank you for trying to help me but I am very useless and I can't find the way. You need to explain it to me like I'm a 4-year-old!!!! I will still give it another try. I have all Saturday because I'm not going out for fear of running into the yellow vests.
    Thanks again

    Hello
I have a problem transferring photos from my Neva 80 to my PC.
For some time now, I haven't been able to transfer photos (it was working a few months ago).
I know the steps, and it usually works through the file explorer.
When I connect the phone to the PC via the USB cable, all the files on the Neva seem empty.
And when I check "transfer PTP files" in the notification panel, I can retrieve the photos but only those that have been sent or received via WhatsApp. When I check "transfer PTP photos," a window says "we are having trouble establishing a connection" and "make sure your device is unlocked and accept the notification to connect."
I have unlocked my phone and accepted the notification, but it still doesn’t work.
I have done all the checks and followed the Microsoft advice: https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/4027134/windows-10-import-photos-and-videos-from-phone-to-pc
I have updated my Android system, restarted the phone... but it still doesn’t work.

Furthermore, I can't send photos by email.
Generally, the quality is better than via SMS or WhatsApp.
Usually, the email gets stuck in the outbox of my Gmail.

I feel like something is blocking access to the photo files...

Thank you in advance for your help.
