Hello,
my Samsung HR773 DVD player stays on with the DVD tray open all the time. I really don’t know how to use it anymore. I can open and close the DVD tray, but it opens automatically. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

    Hello and welcome to the forum,

    To the left of the display, you have a small button "open/close" that allows you to open and close the disc drawer

      Hello, yes I know because I've had the DVD for a few years.
      But for the past few days, the DVD tray is always open and when I close it, it automatically opens again. The same thing happens when I turn it off and then turn it back on. Thank you.
