    Almost incomprehensible question....

    If you are looking to regularize your line situation by paying an arrears.... you need to check with your operator (or the conditions on their website) and take action through your customer area... or in a shop if one exists....

    If you are talking about something else... then you will need to explain that to us more clearly.....
