Hello,
I am unable to transfer my files (photos) from my Doogee to my computer.
I am unsuccessfully trying to install a Doogee driver on my computer, can you help me?

    Hello,

You need to first enable USB debugging on your phone.

Some phones are really not recognized by Windows; they are detected in Explorer but you don't have access to their contents to import photos, for example. In this case, you can use a web app like AirMore (or AirDroid), or paid programs like Wondershare Mobile Go.

    Hello,
Thank you "monk521". After USB debugging, the computer displays "ejecting mix" when disconnecting the USB, so I assume it recognizes the Doogee Mix, but that’s where it stops. It does not appear in the devices and no
    connection is working.
    Thanks again.

      Hello,

A good alternative is to go through Aimore.com. Follow the procedure on the site.
You must first install their app on your phone (available on the Play Store, see below) and then log in to the Aimore site from your PC.

It may seem complicated at first, but you'll get used to it quickly. Very convenient in the end!
