How to install drivers for my motherboard

Question

Hello,  Following a problem with my old motherboard, I bought the same one with my friend who built my PC for me because I'm a noob. So the PC is working very well now, but I received a CD with the motherboard to install the drivers, but I don't have a CD drive.  The problem is that my graphics card is not usable until the drivers are installed, and I don't know how to install them. I went to the motherboard's website to download them, but I couldn't find anything. My friend is on vacation for a month, so I can't ask him, and I would like to do this myself if you could explain how to do it.  My motherboard: GA-H270-Gaming 3 My graphics card is the NVIDIA GTX 1080  P.S.: I ran the motherboard CD on another PC with a drive, downloaded all the drivers, and put them on a USB stick to transfer to the PC in question, but I didn't know what to do. I copied them all, and I tried to run some .exe programs like "run" a bit randomly, but I didn't know what I was doing, and the graphics card is still not recognized. Hi, are you using Windows 10? If so, it should install your drivers automatically.. ? Check your Windows Update for updates. If you are using Windows 7 or another version, install DiversCloud, it's a software/site that will analyze your components and tell you which drivers are missing and if you can update any of them. The download links for the drivers are provided there. Re, well I just launched the installation program for Nvidia GeForce Experience and I immediately got this message: Nvidia GeForce Experience requires an Nvidia GPU. Refer to the configuration system.  I think it goes in the same direction as the rest, the card is not recognized. As for its connection, it is plugged into the PCI Express slot and is well powered since the lights are on the graphics card.  Everything comes from the fact that I changed the motherboard, but I don't see the connection?

Hello again, thank you Billmaxime and kaumune for your help from the beginning, so I'm here for news. (Sorry, I can't always follow your advice and respond quickly, that's why I couldn't reply last night).

So indeed, that yellow cable was hanging, there were 2 of them. All the slots on the graphics card intended for these cables are filled and clipped, latch raised. I think they are correctly connected; I will attach several photos in the reply to this comment.

The graphics card is properly connected and clipped into its PCIe slot; I also think there is no issue on that front.

However, the card is still not recognized, whether in the device manager or with drivercloud. And when I launch the Nvidia Package launcher, it doesn't find the card either, even after restarting Windows several times.

I think we must be very close... Maybe I connected the GPU incorrectly but I don't think I'm that forgetful now that I know I need to plug in the cables. Maybe there's something in the settings or in the BIOS, to activate the PCIe slot or I don't know...
