Unlimited-sat Model F300 HYPER

I purchased a Sat-unlimited device Model F300 HYPER and I can't see the images correctly because there is a wheel spinning constantly in the top left corner.

First, I would like to know which website I can request the manual in French, as the one that came with my device is in English.

Additionally, I would like to know what type of antenna I should adapt to this device, knowing that the problem persists with the one I currently have.

I installed a portable FUJI ONKYO amplified antenna 50 dB 411500
Power supply 6V 100 mA;

When I move my device to the main antenna, the same problem occurs, and as a result, I can't see anything continuously.

Where can I turn for help?
