virus win32: adware-gen Résolu

Question

bonjour, 
voila j'ai choper ce virus, j'ai bien fait tous ce que j'ai pu trouver sur le forum, mais j'ai l'impression qu'il est toujour la, j'ai des erreur que je n'avais pas avant ( du style la memoir ne peut pas etre "read"), je vous mais mon analyse de hijackthis, si quelqu'un pourrai regarder , sa serai trés gentil. merci d'avance.

Peux tu faire cela stp

* Télécharge clean zip de Malekal  http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

* Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier clean.
* Ouvre le dossier Clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
* Double-clique sur clean.cmd.
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître,

choisis l'option 1

Puis Poste le rapport qui se trouve ici C:\rapport_clean.txt

1) Redemarre en mode sans echec
Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuyer sur la touche [F8] ou [F5] jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuyer sur [Entrée]

2) Cleanzip

* Ouvre le dossier Clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
* Double-clique sur clean.cmd.
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître,

choisis l'option 2.

3) Poste le rapport qui se trouve ici C:\rapport_clean.txt

Avec plaisir Fabienne.
Peux tu maintenant me donner le message d erreur"memoire pas read.."  dans son integralité stp.

Me dire ou Avast t as trouvé ce virus , tu peux regarder dans le visualisateur de journaux d avast via son icone dans barre des taches en bas a droite  et ce qu il en a fait, suppression ou pas.

Je te conseillerai si tu le veux bien de desinstaller  Avast au profil d Antivir, tu seras mieux protégée, on peux voir cela ensemble par la suite si tu es ok.

alors voila je vien de reéssayer un jeu avec lequel j'ai tjr l'erreur, et l'erreur est toujour la. je te m'ai se que j'ai. par contre avast me dit qu'il n'y a plus de virus mais j'ai remarquer que dans tous mes dossier ( ex: dossier image) il il y un truc qui s'appelle desktop.ini alors qu'il y en avais pas auparavant;

Bonjour,

J ai moi aussi un problème Win 32 Adware-gen avec mon ordi...

Avast détecte 40 fichiers infestés, du genre:
C:\program files\OCINS\cnprovh.dll
___________________\cnrbtn.html
___________________\config.exe

ou encore:
C:\windows\system32
qxesa24.dll

et lorsque je lance internet explorer je tombe sur un site chinois...

Mes connaissances en informatiques sont assez limitées mais j'aimerais savoir si il y a un moyen pas trop compliqué de se débarrasser de ce virus...

Je cherche a quoi peuvent etre du ces messages d erreurs, on va tenté d éliminer une cause infectieuse en 1er lieu
(ce serait bien d envisager de desinstaller Avast et dinstaller antivir, qu en penses tu ? )

Je te conseille d'enregistrer la page en sélectionnant toutes les lignes puis de copier cette sélection dans un fichier texte sur ton PC pour pouvoir appliquer la procedure correctement.
(Note: tu n'auras pas accès à Internet à partir du moment ou tu redemarreras en mode sans echec)
Il faut exécuter toutes les étapes, sans interruption, dans l'ordre exact indiqué ci-dessous.
Si un élément te paraît obscur, demande des explications avant de commencer la désinfection

1) Telecharge

-- CCleaner v1.41.544 - Basic

https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.
Fermer le programme pour l instant.
* Téléchargement :

--  la version d'essai d'AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
 depuis http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-products/ww/crp/0?prd=triasw
Installe la puis...

*Mise à jour :

Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Cliquer sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe Mise à jour manuelle, cliquer sur le bouton Commencer la mise à jour.
Attendre la fin de cette mise à jour

Ferme AVG Antispyware

3) Redemarre en mode sans echec

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuyer sur la touche [F8] ou [F5] jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuyer sur [Entrée] 
Il te faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

4) Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

--Reglages

Cliquer sur le menu Analyse (de la barre d'outils).
Cliquer sur l'onglet Paramètres.
Dans Comment réagir? cliquer sur Actions recommandées et choisir Quarantaine.
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Vérifier que le bouton-radio Générer un rapport après chaque analyse soit aussi coché.

-- Scan et nettoyage
Dans l'onglet Analyse
Cliquer sur Analyse complète du système.
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Tres important : A la fin de l'analyse, clique sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"
Ensuite.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.
(C:\Programfiles\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports )
Puis fermer AVG Anti-Spyware.

5) Lance CCleaner

Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
Cliquer sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
cliquer sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
Fais cela plusieurs fois d affilé .puis ferme CCleaner

6) Rapports

 Redemarre en mode normal

Genere un nouvel HJT et poste moi ce nouveau rapport ainsi que celui d AVG antispyware

bonsoir, 
alors aparament je n'ai plus les message d'erreur quand j'arete le jeu, mais par contre je lag enormement alors qu'avant nn et le jeu ne ce m'ai plus en pleine ecran je commence a déprimé quand un probleme se resou un autre arrive, je pense aussi changer d'antivirus comme tu me la conseiller (est ce que je redemarre en mode sans echec? malgrés que je n'ai pus les erreur?)
et pense tu que c'est le virus qui m'ocasionne autant de gene? (le jeu fonctinner corectement avan, donc je pense que oui, mais je ne suis pas trés calé dans ce domaine)

Re, donc j'ai d'abors changer d'antivirus, et la surprise j'ai encor un virus alors qu'avec avast il me diser qu'il y en avai plus :/ je te met le rapport, j'ai mis ce qui était infecter en quarantaine, je doit les supprimer? ou les laisser la? Tres bonne decision , tu as vu antivir a trouvé des choses qu avast ne trouvais pas.

Ne t inquietes pas, on viendra a bout de tes soucis ;)

* Parametre Antivir comme indiqué ici http://speedweb1.free.fr/frames2.php?page=tuto5

* Puis fait la procedure que je t ai indiqué, avec un scan d antivir (toujours en mode sans echec) parametré comme demandé en 3) bis , avant 4)  ;)

*Puis poste les rapports d avg 7.5 , d antivir et nouveau log hjt

* Tu peux supprimer la quarantaine d Antivir, il  a trouvé cleanzip qu il a jugé suspect.

* Quand est il du fonctionnement d ton pc ?

* Peuxtu  faire un scan en ligne chez Bitdefender  https://www.bitdefender.fr/

* fais un scan antivirus en ligne ICI et copie colle le résultat ici
* En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
* Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur I agree
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur Click here to scan
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.

re, 

alors je vien de supprimer tous ce qui était en quarantaine.
mon pc refonctionnent comme avans, plus aucun soucis de ram quand je met en route le jeu, et pus de message d'erreur non plus.
ouf je croi qu'on la u ce virus ^^
je te remerci vraiment beaucoup sans ton aide j'y serai jamais arriver.

Pour CCleaner ----> Tu peux par contre, garder et utiliser CCleaner fonction "nettoyeur" sans moderation , recoche seulement dans avancés "ne pas effacer fichiers...48h"

Pour AVG --->
Au bout des 30 jours d'essai , AVG Anti-Spyware restera utilisable sans limitation de durée, mais avec deux restrictions:
*- pas de surveillance en temps réel,
*- pas de mise à jour automatique en ligne.
Il restera un bon scan passif avec lequel tu pourras effectuer un ptit"nettoyage", sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'exécuter le balayage.
