I have an Excel file that I cannot open because it has become a tmp file.
Let me explain: I was working in the file when a bug occurred on my computer, and now I can't reopen the file...
How can I recover my file intact...

If you right-click on the TMP file, do you have the restore option?

Otherwise, try the software RECUVA
