E-mail de rançon envoyé de mon adresse mail

Bonjour, j’ai reçu un mail un peu inquiétant, mais je ne sais pas trop quoi en penser... je vous fais un copier coller:

Within a period from July 7, 2018 to September 23, 2018, you were infected by the virus we've created, through an adult website you've visited.
So far, we have access to your messages, social media accounts, and messengers.

Donc, je ne sais pas trop quoi en penser car le mot de passe ne correspond pas au mot de passe de mon adresse mail, mais c’était le mot de passe que j’utilisais partout il y a quelques années, et c’est également un mot de passe que j’utilise pour les comptes « sans importance ». Et après vérification, je n’ai aucun mail envoyé à mon adresse depuis la boîte d’envoi à la date supposée de l’envoi de cette « demande de rançon »
Mais ça me rassurerait quand même d’avoir votre avis sur la question :)
