This morning I received a message from my daughter in Gmail. It has been blocked and I can't read it; it is still blocked...
Is this what awaits us with the new version of Gmail?

    Hello

    Perhaps try logging out of Gmail, clearing your browser's cache, and logging back in afterwards.

    (This if you are using Gmail directly from the browser; if it's from an email client, it may be necessary to try reconfiguring the account...)

    Good evening Xileh,

    Thank you for your response. I must admit that I won't be able to go through this entire procedure as I wouldn't dare to do what you suggest.
    As stated in my profile, I am a grandma who doesn't know much, just the basics.

      To log out => At the top right of the Gmail page, an icon with the initial of your account name => log out

      To clear the browser cache:

      https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/3037-clear-your-browser-cache-chrome-firefox-safari-and-ie

      To log back in => on the homepage, enter your username (your email address) and your password.
