Hello,
I have a new PC with low storage capacity, which therefore doesn't allow me to reinstall The Sims 4 that I bought through Origin on my old PC.
I have an external hard drive that could easily support the game, but Origin refuses to let me install it there... I have no other solution because my new PC is already full! (I still don't have any personal folders; I've only downloaded one application, Netflix, through the Windows Store) everything is used by the "system and reserved space."
If anyone has a solution to install The Sims 4 on my external hard drive, knowing that I've already tried to change the game locations in the Origin settings but it also refuses, so if anyone knows the solution, I'm all ears!!
