Mendeley and Word

Hello,
I’m trying to use Mendeley as software to manage my bibliography in Word, but on the insert citation tab in Word, Mendeley does not appear. I have installed the plugin correctly!!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 68.0.3440.106

    Hello,

    check in Options / Add-ins if it's not in 'Inactive'.
    If it is, check its Type on the right, which you select at the bottom in Manage.
    Then click Go... to activate it.
