Search for channels on every startup

Hello,

I bought a GRANDIN TV three years ago. I'm encountering two issues with this TV.

Issue 1: since my move two years ago, every time I turn on my TV, a black screen with a red box saying "Confirm the standby mode search." appears. A question is asked: "These services are not available in the current broadcast. Do you want to remove these services?" I have to choose yes or no. No matter what I choose, the TV then turns on. But this screen reappears every time I turn on my TV! I've tried fiddling with the standby settings but nothing works. The message always appears.

Issue 2: since my second move a month ago, a new, more bothersome problem has occurred. Every time I turn on my TV, I have to rescan for channels! It doesn't save them. What should I do?

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you can help me!

Have a great day :)

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
