Hello everyone!
I recently used my graphics tablet, and accidentally I dropped my stylus on the floor, and the nib broke in two with a piece remaining inside the stylus. Has anyone had this problem before, and if so, how did you remove the nib? ;-;
I really need it, it's my work tool!
(It's a Huion 1060 pro+ tablet)

Good evening, the lead is replaced; normally, you have a tool provided with the tablet that looks like a pencil sharpener. Of course, this has nothing to do with it; it just allows you to hold the lead to pull it like a spring. With pliers, you should achieve the same result.

Good evening,
Do you know a nice watchmaker or you don't know one, in which case this tool does the job well: https://www.orexad.com/fr/brucelle-modele-coupant-pour-fils-extra-fins/p-G1111003306
You engage the tip into the end, you make the beak bite (without cutting) into the plastic end in place and you pull straight. I don't know about Huion, but on Wacom it works and I always have a pair on hand....

If nothing has been changed in your settings, there may, at first glance, be two possible causes starting with the less serious one:
- You might have pushed your nib too hard or too deep (perhaps it wasn't enough but not less)...
- The stylus may have been damaged from its fall on the tip...
In the first case, you just need to use the appropriate tool provided to remove the new nib and put it back in place without pushing too hard or too little.
In the second case, if the stylus is damaged, I don't see a solution because I'm not sure if you can find Huion styluses sold separately (check with your seller).
Given the price of the tablet, I'm afraid there may be no other solution than to buy a new one because if it hasn't worked since the stylus fell and if you can't buy one separately..... :-((
Try these two solutions first, and then if nothing works properly, well...................
Have a good evening.
