Hello,
I've been having an issue with my Nintendo 2DS for a while now. When I charge it, it turns orange for 5 seconds and then it turns off, and I can't seem to power it on. I think it's dead since even holding the ON button for 30 seconds doesn’t help.
Can you assist me? Thank you.

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 7.2

    Hello,

    Test another charger.

If the problem persists, it's the battery that's dead.

Another charger has already been tested, and I thought that if it was the battery, it wouldn't blink orange?
But thanks, I will see if I can change the battery.

Hello, generally a charging problem comes from the charging connector or the F1 fuse, or maybe the battery. In this case, the orange LED blinks, lights up for a few seconds, then turns off, lights up in a certain position of the charger, or doesn't light up at all. It is possible that it is unsoldered on one or both sides; in that case, you need to disassemble your console and re-solder the unsoldered part. If it doesn't work anymore, you need to disassemble your console, unsolder the charging connector, and replace it with a new one. First, start by trying to charge it with another charger.
