Have you tried right-clicking => open with => select the default program => MAKE SURE TO UNCHECK THE "ALWAYS OPEN THIS TYPE OF FILE" BOX?
Otherwise, you need to mount your file on a drive using Daemon Tools, then go to your file explorer; you should see a new drive mounted in "This PC" if you have Windows 10 with the name of your file.
Right-click then click on Explore, and you will be able to see the contents of this file.
