More sounds for text messages and notifications

Hello
Despite a good configuration in the settings of my Galaxy S7, I no longer have sounds for SMS and notifications even though I haven't changed anything, and when a message is received, a small icon appears at the top left of the screen. What should I do?

    Hello

    You're talking about parameters, but which one... if you have an antivirus, uninstall it like CM Security for example, which caused this issue... then check

    in "advanced settings" in the "notifications" tab that it is indeed activated according to the concerned applications.

    Hello, as for the antivirus, it's Avast. In settings/sounds, everything is selected correctly. Where can I find the advanced settings?
