Hello,
I just broke my mobile phone and so I went rummaging through my boxes to find a replacement phone.
I managed to put my SIM card into my old Samsung Galaxy Spica, but I can't figure out which carrier I was with at that time and it wasn't Orange because it's asking me for a network code.
I tried calling the carriers but with the new data security law they cannot access their archives.
Is there any way to find out which carrier I was with when I bought the phone? (Since it's been a while, I no longer have any invoices, and there is no carrier logo when turning the phone on or off)
Thanks in advance for your responses.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 61.0

Hello, if the phone doesn't have a logo from a specific carrier, it is unlocked and should theoretically accept all SIM cards. Since it is asking for a network code, it may not be fully unlocked; you could try going to a mobile repair shop to ask them to unlock it.
As a last resort, you can try to reset it to its original state, which means losing all the data that was previously stored on it, but wait for a more precise response than mine!

Try this: remove the battery for 40 seconds and restart the phone (without the SIM card) but there’s no guarantee that it will work. Otherwise, if you still have your mobile number, you can go to https://www.capeutservir.com/telephonie/ to find your original operator.
