I pulled out an old phone (> 10 years), but none of the 3 operators recognize it....!!!!
How can I solve this?

Open the phone and check what’s written on the SIM card: you should see the logo of a provider.
Otherwise, what do you mean by "none of the 3 providers knows it"? Are you saying that you inserted the SIM card of a provider and the phone can't connect to the network? And the same issue with the SIM cards from the other two providers...
