Wireless charger

Question

Hello,

I just bought a wireless charger from Clip Sonic. I was really happy to be able to charge my phone without being bothered by 50 cables, but when I tried to charge it on this little device, it didn’t respond at all...

Yet I read the instructions carefully.

Normally, when the phone is charging, the little light is blue, but for me, it stays red.
It’s a Samsung J3.

And are you sure your phone is compatible with wireless charging? :-))

Otherwise, knowing your ClipSonic model would help...

I asked myself the same question, but the only ones that require an additional receiver because it is not built-in are iPhones.

I don’t know what you mean by "model"...

Hi,  When an induction charger charges a battery, the phone doesn't necessarily need to realize it as if you were charging it with a cable.  Check if the battery is charging.

Yes, but it says that the light should change color: switch from red to blue when charging, but it remains red...

On the case, there is an indicator light. When you plug the charger into a power outlet, it lights up red (which makes sense). Then, normally, when your phone is charging, this light is blue. For me, it stays red...

Actually, it comes from a site (I won't give the details) where you earn points and when you have a certain number, you can choose a gift, so I couldn't see it beforehand.

I looked and the IQ plate isn't too expensive. Do you think I could find it in a supermarket? (the one I go to has a very large electronics section)
