    Pull down the notifications from top to bottom. You will see the lamp icon.

      There is no need to go to the app. The lamp icon is blue when the lamp is on. Touch the icon to turn it off.

        It works even without unlocking the smartphone.
        You might need to swipe twice in succession to make the icons appear.
