Cdiscount account issue

Hello,

I can no longer access my account where I have my purchases from years ago, etc. I had to change my email address due to a technical issue with my messaging and I reported it to CDiscount, giving them my new email address. Since then, I can't log into my account, incorrect password or identifier. I called three times to be told the same thing; they send me an email to reset the password, but this email goes to the old address, so I cannot reset it to the new one, which means I have no access to the account. I ended up with a new blank account.
I would like to reach someone competent, but I always end up with people who understand nothing.

I order regularly and my last order was paid for in April, it is not a cancellation for this reason.
