    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug it back in.
    If that doesn’t work and you can access the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      I don’t have access to the menu ....
      And it’s still flashing
