Put music on my MP3 from a tablet

Hello,
I have a Samsung tablet and a Lenovo. Today I bought a Sony USB Walkman MP3 player and I would like to put music from my tablet onto it. I should mention that I don’t have a computer and I don’t want to pay for a subscription.

Is it possible, and if so, can you help me?

      And isn't it going to work? If you had a computer, it would be easier. Do it on a friend's computer by converting YouTube videos to MP3.

      I have the same problem as Linda. I plugged my MP3 player into my tablet with the USB cable, but I can't find the MP3 player on the tablet...
