Blurry photo when exporting to PDF

Hello,

I am currently creating a CV on Illustrator and when exporting to PDF, my photo becomes blurry. The document is fine, but the photo is blurry.

It's a retouched photo in Photoshop. I'm saving it in PSD without changing the settings and importing it into my Illustrator document as PSD as well. But when I export my document to PDF, it's a disaster!

Does anyone have any advice?

    The quality of the PDF depends on the predefined Adobe PDF settings that are used when saving...

    Make sure that you are not downsampling during compression and that it is set to ZIP.

      When saving as a PDF (File menu "save as"), a window opens where you have access to the settings.
      The important parameter is the compression. So make sure that you are not downsampling and that the image compression is set to ZIP.
