Virus qui cree les dossier.exe

Bonjour,
j'ai eu un probleme pareil a celui qu'on a deja resolu ici une fois mais je ne sais pas m'y prendre.
en effet j'ai utilisé usbfix pour le scan de ma clé et du disque dur externe et voici le rapport... de l'aide svp
