Deletion of an ISO file

Hello,
I would like to delete an .iso file, but an error occurs. Here is the error message window:

What should I do? I opened the .iso file with Winrar (I dragged the .iso file to my desktop)

        Yes, it's the same, then restart Windows, then delete the file, otherwise you'll need to close the process corresponding to this application of the ISO file, see here:
