Gradient Color Fill for a Cell

Hello,

In Excel 2016, I can't get my cells to gradually fill with a color based on percentage using data bars.

Once in conditional formatting, what should I do?

    Hello
    to have a gradient color bar based on the cell value (bar proportional to the entire data set with the maximum for the highest value):
    • select the field
    • conditional formatting
    • and simply select: "data bars"*
    • in the attached window that appears, choose your color.

    You can refine the presentation by clicking, in this small window on: "More rules"
