Still no refund; despite your assurance in your email dated 27/2/2018.
You haven't responded to my emails for 3 weeks!!!
You tell me that you assure me of a refund BUT WHEN?
In every reply email, you keep telling me to wait and this has been going on for over 4 months. You are really taking advantage!!!
As a reminder, order N° WQAA8218 is from 30/11/2017 and was cancelled by email on 09/12/2017.
Please finally refund me the €73.17 charged on 04/11/2017 and provide me with your postal address.
I have filed another complaint about your site on the public service website.

    After analyzing the site in question, the verdict is clear:

    Anonymous site of unknown law. This means that there is no recourse in case of dispute..

    This kind of crappy site never refunds!!

    Filing a 'complaint' with Service Public is just a 'report' that goes nowhere. The site being outside jurisdiction, no 'complaint' will succeed.

    It would be time to categorize the order's money as 'loss and profit' (Here: loss..).

    A site that is not clearly identified is NOT RELIABLE.

    Hello, have you managed to get a favorable outcome? I ordered an item on the 9th of November and still haven’t received anything either; however, I was charged €50... If you succeeded in getting a refund, could you please let me know how you did it? Best regards.
