Hello,
I have an Android smartphone version 5.0.2 (Galaxy Grand Prime). For some time now, I have been unable to reply to my emails from my phone. I get a "failed" message, and the email is saved in drafts and does not send. I have searched everywhere; someone suggested disabling Android System WebView, which I did, but there was no change.

The first thing to do is to check the account settings, particularly the sending settings (SMTP server, port, security type).-

Thank you for your response. For your information, I have Windows Live Mail on my PC, and I have created an email account with my email address on my smartphone to receive messages. Until now, I had no problems replying from my phone.
So on my PC, the sending settings are: smtp.orange.fr Security: advanced 3DES algorithm: outgoing mail smtp 25.
On my smartphone, when I go to the account, it is an email account and when I select it, there is no information.

I use the mail app provided with my phone. I created an email account on my phone with my Orange address, and I was receiving and replying to my messages on my phone. For some time now, I've been unable to reply, so I asked for help, and I was told to install the Gmail app. I was receiving and replying on Gmail (with my Orange email account), but for some time now, I've been unable to reply; I do receive the messages, though.

I haven't found a solution to your problem.
What is quite troubling is that you say the sending worked for a while before it became impossible.
The only thing to do is to check the outgoing server settings.
Go to the mailbox settings. You will find at the bottom of the list the outgoing server settings.
For an Orange mailbox, you should have:
server: smtp.orange.fr
port: 465
SSL: enabled
authentication: using simple password
I don't have too many illusions. There is no reason for the settings to have suddenly become incorrect.

I checked all of this. Everything is fine according to what you indicated. Yesterday afternoon, I deleted my email account on my smartphone, as well as the password. I then recreated it. I did a test and it works, it's a mystery, I had been having problems for a while.
