Hello,
I have a JBL T450BT bluetooth headset, but it is not detected by my iMac (High Sierra 10.13).
The headset works because I managed to set it up on my iPhone 5.
What's going on?

It's true, I'm sorry.
So let me explain. I tried something:
One evening, I left my phone at the office, out of reach of the two.
When I got home, I tried again, and it worked. The computer recognized the headset. They paired up nicely, and now I can switch between the three devices via Bluetooth. :)
My analysis is that the computer had never been paired with the headset because it didn't know it was there. The iPhone, being too close, completely hid it from view, even with Bluetooth turned off. Once the computer realized there were two devices, everything came back to normal.
That said, I don't understand this behavior.
Is the Bluetooth power weaker in the iMac than in the iPhone?
