Hello
I've been trying to log into my personal space since Sunday, March 18, 2018, and it's impossible. I contacted 3949, and they told me to wait 48 hours and call the maintenance service.
I have a Windows Vista computer; I wonder if that might be the problem????

Good evening, I too have been unable to log into my account since yesterday afternoon. There are no error messages, nor is the site under maintenance. I am on Windows 10.

hello marina 035, I am also experiencing the same issue as you with a computer running Vista and regardless of the browser (chrome, firefox...), but apparently Pôle Emploi planned to make changes to the homepage of their site for the month of March, which I think is causing problems for many people who want to access their personal space.

It's not necessary, I just spoke to Pôle Emploi who informed me that the problem has been general since Sunday evening and that it concerns all browsers on computers, regardless of their operating systems.

Thank you for your responses and your help. Indeed, Pôle emploi updated its website this weekend and is experiencing issues (thanks for letting us know!!) and I tried several browsers and it works with Chrome.

Last month I encountered this issue, but it was by connecting through another computer that I was able to update. But now, there’s nothing I can do; I've tried using Firefox, IE, or another computer, but I still have an identification issue and can't access Pôle Emploi..
