Illustrator toolbar display

Hello everyone,

new to this forum, I’m reaching out because I'm a beginner on Illustrator and I can’t seem to display the toolbar.

I've searched on forums and YouTube but no one has answered my problem.

Could someone please give me the method to get the toolbar?

    Tab Window ==> Tools ==> check Default.

      There were problems with the installation and Illustrator was running in safe mode
