Retrieve the VirtualBox toolbar

Hello
when I installed VirtualBox on Ubuntu 12.10, I cannot find the toolbar (file machine ..) or the tab for creating a new VM.

    It's because you switched to full screen. You need to press the "host + f" key

    ... where host is by default right ctrl or right alt.
