Bonjour, bonsoir !

J'ouvre un sujet en espérant trouver solution à mon problème !

Mon soucis est le suivant :
j'ai très souvent des "blue screen" sur mon ordinateur portable Asus, mentionnés de "Driver Power State Failure".
D'ailleurs, ce qui m'a poussée à demander de l'aide, c'est que là maintenant mon pc a redémarré 3 fois d'affilé (blue screen) lorsque je tentais de changer 3 fois de fond d'écran...
J'ai déjà vérifiée et mis a jours mes drivers. Le problème persiste.
Je suis sous Windows 8.1 processeur x64.

Si quelqu'un a une solution, je suis preneuse ! Merci d'avance :)

Salut,

Les écrans bleus ou BSOD sont des plantages de Windows qui ne peut plus continuer à fonctionner.
Ces plantages ont plusieurs sources possibles :
- sources logiciels : plantage d'un pilote d'un périphérique comme ceux de la carte graphique, l'antivirus qui plante ou tout autre logiciel qui peut se charger "dans un bas niveau" sur Windows.
- sources matériels : problème matériels sur le disque dur, barrettes de mémoire défectueuses ou incomparabilités, etc

Il faut impérativement que tu regardes si ces plantages ont lieu à des moments particuliers, par exemple, si c'est lorsque tu lances une vidéo sur ton navigateur internet ou un jeu, il y a des chances que ce soit le pilote de la carte graphique. Il faudra alors réinstaller les pilotes de la carte graphique.
Débranche aussi tout autre périphérique que le clavier/souris (manette de jeu, webcam en USB, imprimante USB, etc), si tu as un de ces périphériques, indique le, ça peut être une source.

Merci de ta réponse. J'ai installée WhoCrashed et réalisée l'analyse.
Le logiciel indique : 6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed.

Le rapport est en .html je crains que vous ne pouvez le consulter.

Il y a des chances que ce soit matériel :

This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem.

Tu as des périphériques USB branchés hors clavier ou souris ?

Faudrait nettoyer les ventilateurs.

Vérifie déjà le disque dur : Comment vérifier la santé du disque dur
Par exemple avec CrystalDiskInfo.

et si tout est correct, éventuellement, peut-être réinitialiser Windows 8 : https://www.malekal.com/reinitialiser-windows-8/

Si ça continue, voir avec un magasin d'informatique.
