How to disable the subtitles?

Hello, good evening,
In the evening, I lay down on the couch, (a bit like Homer :p) and when the TV turned on, I had the nice surprise of the subtitles -_-

Here is the equipment:
- TV = TUCSON
- REMOTE CONTROL = URC 11-3910

So my question is "How to disable subtitles on a TV with a universal remote control?"
