I explain:
I would like a recipe with coconut, for example.
Instead of looking through all my books
I would like to type "coconut" in the search bar and then find all the recipes in my books that have coconut, which I have (transferred roughly into a software, I believe)

Could you tell me how to do that?

The phrase "(transfer in bulk into a software, I think)" is strange.

For my part, I type "documents: coconut" in the search bar or I click on the document
