LUXMAN LV 113 failure

My Luxman LV 113 amplifier turned off abruptly and hasn't powered on since. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Good evening,
The first thing to check... are the internal fuses
On the power supply input F1301 and towards the D/A converter
F1101 and 1102 (see pages 8 and 9 of the technical manual (9 and 10 of the pdf below)
