Samsung L730 not working...

Hello,
My camera turns on for 3 seconds and makes 3 beeps, then the screen goes black with the power button lit. However, the zoom is partially retracted and does not move. The battery is good; I have tested it.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,
    I also have the same problem as you.
    Goal is half blocked, 3 alarm LEDs are on and the green light is on. In my opinion,
    this device was made with cheap parts for a lifespan of about 2 years. There are plenty of other people in our situation.
