Hello,
The computer I was using for EBP Quotes & Invoicing broke down this week. I was able to recover the entire hard drive, so all my data is intact. I have bought a new computer (HP Windows 10 Pro), but the problem is that I don't have an installation CD or a link in the email that EBP sent me in 2015 to download the software. I looked on the website, but I don't understand anything!
Can anyone help me?

Hello Niniepoppins,
Log in to the Ebp website with your email address and password. In your client area, you will have access to download your software.

Hello StephanieSavoy,
You just need to reinstall your EBP software on the new PC. If you receive an error message during activation (due to the PC key being necessarily different), you just have to call EBP's customer service with the new PC key (it will be displayed during activation) and they will resolve the issue without any problems.

It depends on the version of EBP that you have. I would need more details. But basically, if you are already on an Open Line version, there is no problem.
