STOREX external hard drive issue - Solved

Hello, I have an external hard drive brand: STOREX - (STRORYDISK - LITE) Storex SD lite -2010004 SD LITESL 10999 - the problem is that I no longer have the selection page: photo - music - film - text - doc - either on the TV or the desktop computer - Who could help me!! Good evening, it’s an external hard drive STOREX when I want to connect it either to a TV or my desktop computer - everything turns on normally, but the selection page doesn’t appear on the screen!! where you see: photos - music - movies - text - docs? Otherwise.. it works - but everything is mixed up - whereas normally, we separate: photos with photos, music with music - etc - but I will try again tomorrow during the day - Thank you again - Best regards Mr. Jean

Hello,  So, it should be clarified that this disc is not a standard disc, it's a MULTIMEDIA disc, which is quite specific...  -- Next, it is probably connected to a TV, which is not specified here. If it's on a PC, that needs to be mentioned.  And if it no longer appears, it might be that it is poorly connected, the connections are not well established or it is not powered... check for unplugged or poorly seated plugs...  Or the disc has died, that happens too..

GOOD EVENING, thank you for your reply. I only connect my hard drive when I need it (it's not plugged in all the time) and I only connect it as needed - it takes what I send, but everything is mixed up whether it's movies, music, or photos? I will try again - thank you again, Mr. Jean.
