Bonjour, j'ai un téléphone de marque itel 5010 chinois bloqué. je ne sais comment faire pour le débloquer. En fait j'ai oublié le mot de passe

Faire un hard reset avec perte de donnée.
C'est le seul choix

En fait je souhaiterai connaître la procédure pour faire un ''hard reset", puisque mon téléphone est itel 5010 version non android android]- Ca c'est dans le manuel..
ou sur google
1. Turn off the phone
2. Press and hold the power button and at the same time the down volume button 3. When the itel logo appears, press and hold the home button.
4. Release all buttons once you see the yellow warning sign and the picture of a phone.
5.Press the up volume button once, then use the volume down button to navigate to select wipe data /factory reset then use the power button to confirm your choice accordingly.
6. Use the down volume button to select yes -- delete all user data, then use the power button to confirm.
7.Use the power button and select reboot system now, You are done Wait for your phone to restart.

Franck , le jour ou tu trouveras un code UNIVERSEL pour tous les téléphones ou smartphones ou autres ,reviens nous le dire..qu'est ce qu'il ne faut pas lire !! stupéfiant et le plus stupéfiant c'est d'oublier systématiquement son code dont on se sert régulièrement donc si pas de mémoire ne mettez rien.ici notre charte..
