Bonjour à tous,
Récemment un ami m'a "fait" un PC car le mien avait rendu l'âme. Je n'ai pas d'accès internet. J'ai regardé un peu partout et fait plein de manip sur cmd :
netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
netsh winhttp reset tracing
etc etc
et encore d'autres trucs que je n'ai pas mémorisé.
Rien ne change pas d'accès à internet.
Ça ne vient pas de la box ni du câble Ethernet, testé sur un autre pc.

Une autre piste à explorer peut-être?

    Déjà, il faudrait s'assurer que la carte réseau soit bien installé, en veillant à ce que les pilotes soient présents.

    Mais si la machine n'a pas accès à Internet, difficile.

    De plus, il faudrait aussi s'assurer que la carte réseau soit bien en configuration automatique, afin que la box puisse transmettre les bonnes informations de configuration pour qu'elle puisse naviguer.

    As-tu plus d'informations sur cette machine ? Sous quelle version de Windows est-elle ?

      Bonsoir, je viens de regarder dans le panneau de configuration, il y a bien la carte réseau.
      je me demande si il ne serait pas possible que la boxe n'autorise pas le pc à se connecter ? je ne sais pas si c'est possible de faire ça mais je pose la question au cas où ...

    si tu cliques sur l'icône de connexion dans la barre des tâches, puis sur "résoudre les problèmes", quels sont les messages?

    démarre l'invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    tape ces commandes 1 par 1 et clique sur ENTER entre chaque commandes

    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winhttp reset proxy

    netsh winsock reset catalog
    netsh int ip reset all
    netsh int ipv4 reset catalog

    quand c'est fait, redémarre le pc et dit moi ce que ça donne

    débranche ta box électriquement 20 secondes et rebranche la

    dit moi ce que ça donne

      j'ai fait ta manip, chaque commande a bien été valider par entrée avant de faire la suivante. j'ai redémarré le pc et l’icône avec un triangle jaune est réapparue.
      Je te remercie de ton aide mais je ne veux pas te faire perdre trop de temps non plus....

    depuis 1 autre pc et tu transfères le téléchargement sur 1 cle USB pour le transférer et l'exécuter sur le pc qui a le souci
