Hello,
I recorded a memo on my iPhone and saved this voice memo on my computer. It's a .m4a file
But when I try to open it, I can't: I get a message that says: "Playback is not possible. This item has been encoded in a format that is not supported. 0xc00d5212"
What should I do?
Thank you for your help.

Hello Paris163,
You can convert this audio file format (m4a) to mp3 so that it is recognized by your playback software. If it is still not recognized, convert the file to wav.
