Hello,
I am having a big problem right now with the mix, I am mixing the tracks, everything is in sync and when I export the file and listen to it, at the beginning it's in sync and then it goes out of sync and it sounds like nothing, I am working on a show so it's very problematic because I can't move forward.. How can I fix this?

Hello,

you need to determine whether it's the tracks that are offset or the music itself.

That is to say, listen to the entire piece and see if there's still that offset.

Often, it's the VST synths (or effects) that cause this, especially if the software doesn't have latency compensation.

If there are no issues during direct playback, the solution is to record in real-time in the software project, by setting a track (muted) to record and exporting that track, or by retrieving that track from the hard drive.

be cool

I tried but it's still the same :/
Actually, in the mix, when I listen to it, everything is in sync, no problem, but when I export it, it gets out of sync. So, I tried recording all the choirs on one track while muting the instrumental, I put it back in the mix, it worked, it was in sync, but once again, when I tried to export the audio, it gets out of sync /: ,,,

It seems like it's the PC that can't keep up (a multi-core for the processor?).

Keep reducing the tracks, especially if there are effects, you're making stems (tracks grouped by frequencies) for bass, treble, and mids.
Or adjust the playback latency in the software options (if possible).
= set a larger buffer, at least during the export phase.
