    The default pin code is 0000 (See manual page 28 (33 of the pdf below))
    Have you changed it at some point?

    What problem is leading you to want to change the PIN code?
    What operation requiring this code do you want to perform?
    Have you tried using 0000?

    You say "even after resetting the phone, it's not working"
    What manipulation did you perform for this reset?
    Is it the default settings restoration procedure for 'all settings' described on pages 29 (33 and 34) of the PDF?
    If not, try it just in case; it might also reset the code to its default value.

    I have carried out program 8.1 (base settings) but without success.
    The PIN code did not revert to 0000; it indicates that the code is incorrect.
    I have tried several combinations like 1234 and others, but nothing...

      OK, you attempted to modify the code (8.1)... without success.
      But for the other questions:
      Why do you need the code,
      What did you do to reset the phone?
      And the suggestion to try a factory reset of all settings (8.2 and 8.2.1)?
