Hello,

I just bought 2 compatible handsets: I can't register them on the base; I don't remember the PIN code and I can't reset it. Can you help me? There's no Paging button.

Thank you all for your help. I called customer support (I don't think it's a premium rate number) and here's what they had me do to reset the PIN code:

Press the MENU button (the 9 icons appear)
Type *#05# (I saw System and the number 9 appear)
Type 3762000 (you hear a beep): it's done, the PIN code is again four times 0

This is for the old models that, like mine, do not have a "Record" button

Indeed, there is no paging button but a conversation based on it to switch to "Registration Mode".

Thank you for your reply, but I know this solution: my problem is the PIN code that is requested from me, which I do not know and do not know how to reset. No matter what I do, I am being asked for it and I am going in circles.

I tried to send them a ticket yesterday but it didn't work (let's just say I won't be able to install my 2 handsets ;-) I'll try again today, thanks.

Have you tried the method provided in the link in message#1?
My message#2 was only to respond to your question "No Paging button" and how to proceed once the Pin code has been reset without that button.

Have you tried using the default PIN code: 0000?
