TNTsat card tips

I recently installed 3 TNTsat terminals. The first one went well. As for the other 2, the same problem: all my settings were fine except that the TNTsat card did not allow access to the free channels. The solution is to leave the TV on a news channel like CNews (channel 16) for 1 hour and then it will work. I read on some forums that you should insert the card with the chip facing down... sorry, that's nonsense. To conclude, if it doesn’t work after 1 hour, you should then contact the customer service of your terminal's brand. I'm posting this tip because it helped me a lot.

NO, sorry, that's not nonsense, on some decoders, the chip should be facing down, for example:
